I don't believe that therapy should be based on rules and structure but rather should be free-flowing and should adjust to how the person taking therapy feels comfortable in.
That is why my approach is that I cater to people based of the issues and problems they are discussing rather than to a systematic process.
As a psychologist I believe the person taking therapy should be given space in a comfortable and relaxing environment and that they should have autonomy on how they want to better themselves.
My clients describe me as the type of person who encourages and guides you to understand yourself, your needs, your feelings and what you want from life and the people around you.
