As a psychologist, my aim is to provide effective psychological support and guide to the people that I work with to identify and manage difficulties that negatively affect their psychological wellbeing.
I believe that a psychotherapeutic relationship should come from a place of genuine acceptance, a heartfelt desire to listen and to work together, as to understand one’s experiences and to make sense of them. I have an integrated approach, which combines strategies from different schools of psychology and personal development, so as to better meet each person's characteristics and needs.
I collaborate with an international company in the EAP (Employee Assistance Program) field, providing psychological support to employees reaching out to the helpline. I conduct short-term psychological counseling and lead webinars and training sessions for employees of large corporations.
In addition to a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, through further training in evidence based cognitive-behavioural therapy I have specialised in a range of areas for intervention including anxiety, depression, stress and emotional management.
I believe the process of therapy to be an intimate connection between two people, where I give utmost importance to respectful, compassionate interactions with empathy and patient listening- making you feel safe and heard.
15-minute introductory free sessions are available upon request.
