Life can be incredibly challenging, particularly when we are faced with a transition - becoming a parent or moving to a new country. My goal is to support you through these challenging times.
I am a Canadian based in France and provide counselling online for those throughout the EU.
My focus is to provide support and counselling for those struggling with transitions, particularly those struggling with parenting.
See www.jodipawluski.com for more information or get in touch.
I am continually learning new approaches to therapy. Every person is unique and my goal is to work with you to find the best way to help you find solutions. I believe in the value of using evidence-based techniques but in a way that suites you. Some techniques that I use are based on CBT, Person Centred Therapy and Psychoeducation.
