I am a Master of Psychology, working in a gestalt approach, a coach-consultant who helps in achieving the tasks set. An expert in the field of motivation, passing through crisis periods, realizing potential and creating harmony in life. I provide individual consultations as a consultant psychologist and as an executive coach. In addition, I am a Chartered Economist with over 15 years of experience in management positions as a Marketing Director. Interactions with business owners and top managers have built my business competency along this path. This allowed me to constitute the basis in the approach of achieving goals. And it also has helped me to understand what leads a person to success in the ordinary sense for society.

The request for contacting a psychologist can be very different. At the same time, the specialist’s task is to give the patient the opportunity to maximize the vision of the situation, to discern the options for choosing in various life circumstances, and as a result – to make a more informed choice.
There are no universal recipes. When building a scheme for working with a patient, I take into account all personal characteristics and, depending on them, I use different psychological concepts and methods.
At the same time, it is important that the decision and action are the area of responsibility and the right of the client. The psychologist is an external objective listener, an empathic witness to life, who allows the patient to find and form support in himself. Because each of us already has an answer to all the challenges we face in our lives.
My work with a client is based on the principles of confidentiality, and what is no less important for me – economy and expediency. Work with me can be built both by organizing personal meetings and by working online.
