My passion lies in psychotherapy, which began with my exploration of meditation and yoga. The ancient wisdom of yoga and meditation led me to delve into the modern science of understanding human experiences, culminating in my Master’s in Gestalt Psychotherapy.
For me, psychotherapy transcends mere work—it’s a way of life. After countless hours spent with teachers, supervisors, clients, and experiencing the methods I work with firsthand, I can confidently say that I embody Gestalt principles. My mission involves expanding awareness, living fully in the present, embracing self-acceptance, and fostering self-love.
As a seasoned meditation practitioner, I’ve participated in numerous retreats lasting several weeks, following the Chan Buddhist tradition. Additionally, I’ve explored Christian contemplative practices. My background includes three years of yoga education, including an intensive course at S-VYASA Yoga University in Bengaluru, India, and over a decade of teaching yoga.
I find beauty and wisdom in Eastern traditions, which I incorporate into my daily life through meditation practice and the art of preparing and sharing tea (Gong Fu Cha). Simultaneously, I honor my Western roots by delving into science-based knowledge to deepen my understanding of the human mind. 🌿🍵
