I use an integrative approach, which means I draw from various modalities and counselling techniques to suit your personal needs. The humanistic, Person-Centred Therapy is at heart of everything I do. I also use the Cognitive-Behavioural approach, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused Therapy, Emotion-focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Having completed a Mindfulness-Based Wellbeing Enhancement (MBWE) course, I believe, that a holistic and integrated therapy combines the well-being of both mind and body and I draw inspiration from natural alternative healing meditation practices.
