Psychology, psychophysiology, neuroscience have always aroused my interest. However, in my first education there was a little of psychology, but a lot of physics and IT. Psychological education is my second higher education, already a conscious choice, taking into account my strong interest in this field, and pushed by life events.
Still in the process of receiving higher psychological education, I started working as a volunteer on a crisis helpline, with an amazing team and a leader from whom I adopted practical knowledge and experience. We worked in an existential approach, where the client's personality, his freedom, life values, choices, life circumstances, experience come to the fore. The existential approach remained for me as origin, on which I later strung methods and techniques of other approaches.
Clinical psychology is my specialty, which I chose to understand and study even more deeply how our psyche works. Continuing my education further, naturally, I chose the existential direction of psychotherapy.
