I started my practice with the distinct purpose to serve anyone at an affordable price with **intentionality and respect.**
Therefore, I wanted to build a place where anyone felt comfortable asking for help. A place, no doubt, where I would want to go. No foo-foey flower patterned couches and no potpourri. No shame in our identity as who you are. Where anyone who needed a place where they could navigate our goals with someone who shares our lens and shares our values as a person.
My counselling approach is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); as well as Solution Focus Therapy.
Session length for Online Video Sessions is flexible and according to your needs. Sessions for deep-dive into topics are always possible.
Chat counselling is a great alternative for anyone who feels more comfortable writing down instead of verbally articulating. Unlike other chat counselling sessions that only go or the time limit, you be able to chat throughout the whole month.
