About me
For more than a decade, I've been working with individuals, couples, and groups, focusing on the topic of relationships as a consultant, coach, and therapist. You can expect an empathetic, accommodating and non-judgmental approach. My counseling is integrative, as I'm trained in psychoanalytic psychodynamic therapy and coaching (MCI ICF). The former explores the unconscious patterns and hidden influences that strongly impact how we build our relationships. The latter takes a more structural behavioral approach to gain insight of the relationships dynamics. In addition to integrating these modalities and putting focus on emotional well-being, I adhere to the philosophy of working with people, not with problems, which allows me to tailor my methods to meet the unique needs of each client, instead of providing a one "fit-all" solution.

My approach
Relationship is a dynamic structure that tends to change over time or come to a dead-end. Ignoring these changes most likely will not fix them, while professional help can give a new refreshing perspective on your relationship.
I am dedicated to providing a safe and supportive environment in which we can together find ways to restore harmony and build healthier partnerships in your life. We can do that by finding effective communication techniques, working with blocks, encouraging open dialogue between you and your loved one(s), developing empathy and realistic expectations, enhancing the emotional connection, building trust, and fostering mutual understanding.
Additionally, I firmly believe that one of the most important thing that we do can is to build a healthy relationship with ourselves, which will positively impact all of our external relationships as well. In individual counseling, we can concentrate on working with negative emotions, feeling of helplessness, frustration, disappointment, bitterness and more, as well as the direction in which you are going.
