I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist (South Africa) and Psychological Associate (Ontario, Canada) in full-time private practice. I have extensive experience in the treatment of trauma, mood, and anxiety disorders, and working with clients from diverse social backgrounds.
In line with my professional registration, I am only able to offer psychological treatment to individuals residing in South Africa and Ontario.

I care about my clients and meeting them as individuals. I believe that theory is there to aid our work, not to stifle it.
My approach to client work is collaborative and influenced by my training and continued professional development in psychodynamic therapy, CBT (including third wave CBT modalities like mindfulness and DBT), and a deep understanding of the experiences of people marginalised due to race, class, and sexuality.
