I am a trained and experienced psychologist with skills in counseling, psychometric assessments, and psycho-therapeutic techniques. I have expertise in providing therapeutic care for clients with ranging concerns such as anxiety, stress, self-esteem, depression, relational difficulties, work-related problems, marital concerns, emotional trauma, and so on. I have completed over 2000 consultations, provided evidence-based therapies and counseling services to individuals, and helped them manage psychological and behavioral difficulties.
I believe in doing powerful, meaningful, and transformative work with my clients by inciting curiosity about the self in them. I take the privilege of working with individuals to help them heal and grow through difficult and painful situations in life by facilitating a safe space and trusting environment.

I help clients evaluate their goals and suggest a plan of action after having developed a deeper understanding of their context.
I believe counseling is for all people on all ends of the mental health spectrum- and not just for symptom management. It can be used at a preventative level and to help improve the overall quality of life and wellness. My approach is to help clients identify not only- their concerns and problem areas, but also help them focus and build on their strengths.
