About me
I'm a psychologist (M.Sc.), psychotherapist in training, and certified coach in the Zen Coaching approach. I have always been interested in the art of healing and finding a new and more fulfilling way of living life. This led me to studying Yoga, Tantra, and meditation. Ever since, my professional and personal aspiration has been to combine the wisdom of meditation with the science of Psychology. In my experience, these mindfulness-based practices create space for a more profound self-connection, resilience, and holistic understanding.
