I see therapy as a way to comprehensively improve life, gain freedom of choice, an opportunity for growth, development of creativity and awareness, a way to take care of yourself.
For me, working with clients is a lively, interesting, deep process. A big part of my interactions with clients is a sincere dialogue, where you can be yourself next to another, share your pain or joy, get support, restore your strength and find a solution.
In my work I use the methods of Existential Analysis, Gestalt therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, art therapy, metaphorical associative maps.
