About me
I am a qualified Counsellor, accredited Life Coach and Clinical hypnotherapist practicing in Cheshire and Greater Manchester UK but I started my career as a lawyer in London. This has given me first hand knowledge of the pressures of corporate life and the competing demands of family life.
I have lived in many different countries and had the pleasure of meeting many different people from different cultures which has widened my perspective of what we accept as the norm and has enhanced my learning into why we behave the way that we do.
I have trained extensively in different modalities, counselling, coaching, NLP, hypnotherapy so that I can offer a fully holistic approach to my clients.

I am an integrative counsellor which means that instead of sticking rigidly to one modality of counselling, I can adapt flexibly to the needs of the client and use strategies and tools from the numerous modalities of psychotherapy. This approach may help if counselling hasn't worked for you before.
I offer a warm, supportive, non-judgemental space where people can work through their struggles and learn more about themselves. Most of us need a little help at times and don’t wish to burden family members and friends or need confidentiality. Counselling and coaching can be invaluable at times like these.
I also believe that the work of therapy can be hard and exhausting so humour in session is also something that I like to employ.
