Since 2012, I have been living abroad —starting in Russia, then moving to Norway, Italy, and finally settling in Switzerland. Each move brought the challenge of adapting to new cultures, mentalities, and ways of life, all without the familiar support of my native environment. My professional background includes a managerial role in a large international company, where I experienced firsthand the unique challenges that modern-day expats and immigrants face in the business world.
On a personal level, my journey has been marked by difficult life events, including a divorce, burnout, and a complex surgery that led to a severe syndrome. These experiences compelled me to seek out holistic methods to support myself—physically, spiritually, and emotionally—on my path to recovery and resilience.
Since 2014, I have been dedicated to collecting and refining these methods, which have profoundly enriched my life. During the pandemic, I felt a calling to share what I had learned, and I began building my own practice. My approach helps others navigate difficulties, turning challenges and losses into resources for inner strength and support.
Today, as a certified Professional Coach (PCC ICF), Mental Health Coach, and Psychological Counsellor, I specialize in helping expats and individuals facing similar challenges. My mission is to guide others through their own journeys, helping them find resilience, purpose, and empowerment in the face of adversity.
