I offer therapy that is flexible, compassionate, and grounded in real human experience. Every person is different, so there is no one-size-fits-all approach. Together, we explore what’s going on for you, how it shows up in your life, and what changes you'd like to see. My focus is on creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself, speak honestly, and start to understand patterns that may have been holding you back.
At the heart of my work is the counselling relationship. Healing often comes from being truly seen and heard. You don’t need to have all the answers or even know exactly what you want from therapy. I am here to listen closely, reflect what I hear, and support you in working through feelings and experiences that have felt heavy or confusing.
I’m trained in person-centred and psychodynamic therapy. That means I see you as the expert in your own life and help you understand how past experiences, relationships, and recurring patterns influence how you feel and relate today. Struggles are not signs that you’re broken, they are understandable responses to life, and together we can explore ways to move forward with clarity and self-compassion.
I also draw on relational and attachment-based approaches. This can be helpful if you notice patterns in your relationships, such as feeling overly responsible for others, fearing rejection, or repeating dynamics that no longer serve you. We explore where these patterns come from, how they show up now, and how you can start to respond differently in ways that feel safe and empowering.
I often work with neurodivergent clients. If you feel misunderstood, overstimulated, or like you are constantly masking to fit in, I offer a space where you can show up exactly as you are. Silence, tangents, stims, or info-dumps are all welcome. I also support challenges that can come alongside neurodivergence, such as anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, or relational stress, always with a strengths-based and affirming approach.
Ultimately, my goal is to help you feel more in tune with yourself: aware of your needs, compassionate towards your inner world, and empowered to make choices that feel right for you. Whether you come with a specific issue or just a general sense that something needs to shift, I will meet you where you are and help you explore the steps forward, at your pace and in your own way.
