About me
I am a trained psychotherapist to different approaches and therefore I believe totally to integration of methods according to the plurality and complexity of the individual. For many years I am working with Greeks who live abroad and I am very sensitive to clinical issues of “belonging, :adapting and multiplicity”.
My approach
As a Relational Psychodynamic oriented therapist I am very interest on exploring relational patterns that navigate person’s interpersonal world. After understanding the complicated ways that the individual feels about his relational aspect of self we work collaboratively to recognize the above and gradually we try to develop a more healthy interpersonal and meaningful way of living. I strongly believe that every symptom derives from an impasse to some relational loop and the liberation about sharing experiences with others will restore symptomatology.
