After more than a decade of professional experience in the field, I have a keen understanding of the complexities of the relationships we build. As a Couple and Family Therapist, I focus on both the individual and the relationship unit when working with my clients to open up lines of communication. I am passionate about helping people gain insight into their thoughts, unhelpful beliefs, and behavioral patterns that hold them back in life. During my career, I have counseled thousands of clients, taught seminars and classes worldwide, published articles, and spent more than ten years helping clients in the field.
