I am a Counselling Psychologist and an Expressive Art and Movement Based Therapist certified from CID- UNESCO. I am also trained as a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy Coach Practitioner certified form CTAA (UK). Having specialised in providing couple therapy and individual therapy, I have an experience of working with individuals of diverse age range undergoing anxiety, stress, depression and other related disorders. I have also facilitated multiple workshops for the same, which has given me a practical exposure in this field. Always striving for the best and believing in leaving no stone unturned, I have also acquired certification in Hypnotherapy L-1 from California Hypnosis Institute (CHI). With an innate liking of working with children as I believe in the concept of early intervention, I have been working with Khwahishein Foundation since past 4 years.
