I don’t see ADHD as a disorder but rather as a different kind of brain that follows its own set of rules and can work remarkably well within them. I believe each of us is the expert on our own life. We’re all unique, with our own strengths, struggles, and blind spots, and what works for one person won’t necessarily work for you.
In our sessions, I draw from both traditional therapy and my own techniques, adapting to whatever feels right for you. This isn’t about “fixing” anything, because you're not broken. My goal is to help you understand your mind better, recognize your strengths, and feel more in control as you navigate your world.
