This work isn’t about fixing you—it’s about supporting you.
Some sessions are reflective. Some are practical. Sometimes you need insight, sometimes tools. We adapt as we go.
In our sessions, we might:

• get curious about the patterns you’re tired of repeating

💼 My Background
I’m a psychologist with over 10 years of experience in HR, coaching, and personal development. I’ve supported career changers, coached people through burnout, and helped many find clarity in chaotic seasons. I’m currently completing formal CBT training to deepen my integrative approach.
