My approach is body-centered, because this is where your deepest wisdom is to be found. In a climate of safety, deep listening and radical acceptance, inner conflicts and emotions can surface and be processed. This is ascending work: from body sensations we make new meaning, as opposed to thinking our way through our issues.
Depending on your needs we may explore inner child work, Gestalt techniques, integrative bodywork, IFS Internal Family Systems, Hakomi body-centered therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy for Trauma, Enneagram, nonviolent communication, mindfulness and movement meditation... always in collaboration and in alignment with your intention.
