My aim is simple: I want you to not need therapy. That means helping you step back from distress, spot the patterns running your show, and build a more honest, self-directed, meaningful life—one led by values, not fear or fluff.
I use gold-standard CBT methods, alongside third-wave approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Mindfulness-Based CBT, and visualisation techniques. I work effectively with depression, generalised anxiety, social anxiety, health anxiety, OCD, low self-esteem, procrastination, emotional bottling, porn addiction, and sexual dysfunction. You don’t have to dress it up—I won’t.
I won’t sell you affirmations or empty mantras. My work is grounded in evidence, delivered with humanity. We’ll challenge the stories you’ve internalised—and laugh where we can. Therapy with me isn’t just about symptom relief. It’s a space to think clearly, to feel honestly, and to get your bearings in a noisy, confused world.
I treat therapy as a kind of philosophical discourse—a space to uncover the truth of a situation, not just slap a label on it. That might mean naming avoidance, unpacking shame, questioning inherited beliefs, or simply saying the thing you’ve never said out loud. There’s power in speaking plainly. There’s clarity in asking better questions.
Alongside psychological therapy, I draw on my training as an occupational therapist. I look at the wider picture: your routines, environment, physical health, and relationships. I’ve worked closely with dieticians, physios, personal trainers, nurses, and social workers. I understand how wellbeing is built—and where it falls apart.
I also offer coaching for men ready to grow—whether that’s confidence, career, clarity, social inclusion, better sex, or spiritual development. We don’t just clear the noise. We build something better. If life has felt small, stuck, or directionless—this is where we start shifting the momentum.
My clients are often men who’ve been keeping it together on the outside but feeling adrift on the inside. They’re not after a therapy cliché—they want a conversation that’s grounded, challenging, and practical. If that’s you, we’ll work well together.
This isn’t therapy-lite. It’s not a guided meditation followed by a worksheet. It’s work that respects your intelligence, supports your autonomy, and helps you move forward with purpose.
