I'm Juhi — a psychologist and counsellor with over 10 years of experience, and a PhD in Psychology from University of Jena, Germany where I studied how habits form, how we get stuck in automatic loops, and what it really takes to change. I also hold an MSc in Clinical Psychology from Bangor University, UK and use evidence-based tools from CBT, ACT, DBT, and mindfulness in my work.
Having lived across the UK, Greece, India, and now Germany, I deeply understand what it’s like to navigate new environments while dealing with stress, self-doubt, and identity questions. Over the years, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life — professionals, creatives, students, expats — who are doing “fine on paper” but struggling to feel calm, confident, or in control. My role is to help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface, shift unhelpful patterns, and equip you with the tools to feel more grounded and in charge of your emotional life.
