I’m a psychiatrist in training, offering coaching sessions to individuals who may benefit from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), a research-supported method I specialize in. Additionally, I’m pursuing training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), another evidence-based approach for addressing mental health challenges.
