I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with a Master's degree in cognitive behavioral psychotherapy. My work is grounded in evidence-based practice, and I help people make sense of their emotional experiences, recognize unhelpful patterns, and develop practical tools to support psychological growth and more balanced relationships — both with themselves and others.
I’m a member of the American Psychological Association and the Romanian College of Psychologists, committed to ethical, thoughtful, and client-centered care.
Outside the therapy room, I find grounding and inspiration in nature. I enjoy hiking and have volunteered as a mountain guide for a youth NGO — an experience that deepened my understanding of resilience, trust, and presence. Motorcycle touring reminds me of the value of freedom and curiosity, while books and community conversations keep me connected to stories, ideas, and the many ways we grow.
