I am an MA Dance Movement Psychotherapist, trained in the UK at the University of Derby, where I completed my master’s degree with a "Distinction". During my clinical internship, I was honored to receive the "Excellent Performance" award for two consecutive years. My thesis explored the connection between neuroscience and Dance Movement Psychotherapy in the treatment of eating disorders, and this work was also awarded a "Distinction"—a topic that continues to inspire my practice every day.
Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with people at every stage of life. In recent years, I focus more deeply on adults—supporting those navigating depression, difficulties with emotional regulation, trauma-related symptoms, and challenges around eating and body relationship.
In addition to this, 5 years of experience from a psychiatric hospital—where I led weekly group therapy sessions with adults—deeply shaped my understanding of how movement, presence, and compassionate connection can open the door to genuine healing.
Today, I offer private Dance Movement Psychotherapy sessions for adults who want to reconnect with their bodies, cultivate deeper self-awareness, and feel more grounded and emotionally supported in their daily lives. My approach is gentle, embodied, and relational—rooted in the belief that every person carries an inner wisdom that can guide their healing journey.
