I was born and raised in Bilbao, Spain. After spending my adolescence in London, I came to Madrid to study Clinical Psychology. I have always loved reading a lot, and I believe that my desire to become a psychologist was influenced both by my need to understand myself and others and my passion for listening to stories. During my college years, what interested me the most were the subjects of depth psychology that understood the human being from their individuality and personal history. That’s how I leaned towards psychodynamic psychology and began my own therapeutic process, which I consider an essential part of a therapist’s training. After university, I have continued my education through master’s degrees, seminars, and clinical supervision, enriching and deepening my work with my patients.
