Therapy with me offers a safe, open, and non-judgmental space—free of taboos—where you’re invited to speak freely and explore parts of yourself you may not have felt ready to face before. It’s a place to grow, to reflect, and to reconnect with your most authentic self before stepping back into the demands of everyday life.
Therapy begins with open, thoughtful dialogue and practical tools that help you better understand your inner world. As your self-awareness grows, so do the chances for meaningful shifts—those moments when something clicks, and a new perspective emerges. While we’ll focus on your individual goals, therapy also aims to help you feel more grounded, emotionally lighter, and better equipped to face life’s challenges with lasting inner strength.
🛟How the sessions will be
My approach is based on integrative psychotherapy, which means we’ll adapt our work together to suit your unique needs. You are the expert of your own life story, and I’m here to offer you a safe space to share it.
Our work will focus on two levels. First, we’ll develop practical strategies, often rooted in cognitive behavioral therapy, to help you cope better with your current situation. This might include habit shaping, stress management techniques, and more. Then, we’ll explore and address any limiting beliefs, mental and emotional patterns that may be holding you back. These might be deep-seated beliefs and thought patterns that have become barriers in your life. Together, we’ll work to understand and change them, so you can move forward in a more empowered and authentic way.

🗓️Recommended therapy frequency
Usually I recommend weekly sessions or sessions every second week to use the momentum you started with.As your needs evolve, we can move toward monthly or occasional sessions. When you feel ready to continue on your own, I recommend a closing session to reflect on your progress and support your transition. I try to work on set dates to make planning for both of us easier but sometimes my schedule can change and also I’ll try to meet you with flexibility - please contact me if you havent found any appointments suiting your schedule.
🖇️Payment and Cancellation
Sessions are privately funded and normally not covered by national health insurance but some private health insurers may provide coverage—please consult your provider for details.
To secure your appointment, advance payment is required. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full fee. Exceptions may be made in emergencies, at the therapist’s discretion.
🌀General Advice
There is a scientifically proven “magic component” to therapy - which is the fit between you and the professional. Always go for your gut feeling and choose someone who you will comfortable with and who you can professionally trust - it will speed up your process and enhance the therapy outcome in general. Wheather youre choosing me or someone else, this is the most important advise I give before sessions and this is also why I offer the 15 minute free introductory call.
