I am a Clinical and Health Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Psychology and an MSc in International Business. Over the past 20 years, I have developed a diverse career in finance, investment, and entrepreneurship, including more than a decade as a health food entrepreneur. Despite my varied professional journey, my true passion has always been in self-development and psychology.
Specializing in the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model, I focus on integrating the various parts of our psyche to foster deep emotional healing and self-awareness. My qualifications include a four-year specialization in Psychoorganic Analysis, a psychotherapeutic method that combines body and psychodynamic approaches. I have also pursued further education in Transpersonal Psychology, Vipassana meditation, Yoga, and breathwork, among others.
Since 2016, I have led Men’s Work NGO, organizing men’s circles, retreats, and training events focused on building social support, emotional intelligence, leadership, and personal growth. This work has been profoundly rewarding, offering me the opportunity to deeply understand the unique challenges and strengths men face. However, my experience as a psychologist and IFS practitioner has equipped me to work effectively with individuals of both genders.
As an IFS therapist, I guide clients on their journey of self-discovery, offering a compassionate and non-judgmental space where every part of you is welcomed. My approach honors your unique experiences, helping you cultivate balance, self-compassion, and wholeness for a more peaceful and clear path forward.
