Gestalt Therapist | Support for Expats, Life Transitions & Relationships | English • Russian • Lithuanian
Trondheim, Norway, has become a meaningful home for me — a place where I’ve learned what it means to start anew and find belonging in a different culture. Originally from Vilnius, Lithuania, I understand the emotional journey of living abroad — the excitement, the loneliness, and the search for connection.
As a multilingual Gestalt psychotherapist in training, I support people navigating life transitions, relocation, and personal challenges. I help clients reconnect with themselves, find stability, and rebuild confidence while adjusting to new environments. Common themes in my work include identity, belonging, relationships, and emotional resilience.
I have completed the full training hours of the Advanced Gestalt Therapy Program at the Vilnius Gestalt Institute and am finalising my certification, specialising in crisis and trauma therapy. Since 2022, I’ve been developing my clinical practice and, since 2024, have also been working with the Ukrainian Association in Trondheim.
In my sessions, I offer a warm, grounding presence and a safe space where you can slow down, listen to yourself, and rediscover inner strength and clarity. My approach is relational, body-oriented, and focused on awareness — the foundation for change and personal growth.
Having walked the Camino de Santiago three times, I bring to my work a deep respect for life’s transitions and the courage it takes to keep moving forward — one step at a time.
