I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Health Psychology and am currently pursuing a second Master’s in Neuroscience. Alongside my academic path, I’ve specialized in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and earned a certification in the Psychology of High Performance in Sports.
Having grown up in a multicultural environment and lived in four different countries, I understand cultural nuance, particularly in areas like:
intercultural relationships,
the grief that can come with migration, and
the complex shame often tied to family dysfunction in collectivist societies.
In my clinical practice, I support adults navigating early life stress, trauma, or periods of transition, helping them reframe their life story, reclaim their worth and build a life that feels safe and meaningful.
