My background is in clinical psychology, and I’ve worked for many years with people facing serious health conditions, first in the field of neuropsychiatry, particularly with patients living with Huntington’s disease, and now in oncology. This work has shown me how deeply illness affects every part of life, not only for the person who is unwell, but also for those closest to them. I provide support for both patients and their loved ones, helping them manage emotions, adjust to change, and feel less alone.
I work with adults from all walks of life, and being trilingual means I can support clients from a range of cultural and language backgrounds. I know that reaching out for help can be a big and sometimes scary step. My goal is to meet you where you are with empathy, understanding, and practical tools to help you feel more steady and supported.
