My approach is all about inclusivity and feeling safe while working on your challenges. I use principles of CBT, CFT, EMDR and Mindfulness in my work, all basing on what it is that my clients need at the moment. I have experience working with trauma clients, LGBTIA+ persons, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, highly self-critical, neurodivergent people (autism, ADHD, autism and ADHD), body-image issues and other areas.
