I’m an Italian-trained psychologist currently based in Berlin, where I’m completing a Value-Based Counseling training at Ipso.
My professional path has been shaped by both clinical work and personal experiences of change and adaptation.
I have worked in therapeutic communities supporting people with complex emotional and relational difficulties, including psychosis, substance use and personality disorders. In my work today, this means I focus on staying present and attuned to what is happening in the moment, especially when things feel confusing, intense or hard to express. I pay close attention to the emotional space between us, and to how your experience unfolds session by session.
Having moved abroad myself, I know how disorienting it can feel to start over in a new place. The sense of being “in between”, not fully belonging anywhere, is something I often explore with clients.
I specialize in:
– Life transitions and living abroad (identity confusion, disorientation, starting over)
– Anxiety, emotional overwhelm and burnout
– Relationship and interpersonal difficulties
– Addiction and dependency patterns (substance use, habits, emotional reliance)
– Body image and relationship with the body
