I aim to create an empathic, accepting and understanding climate to openly explore your experience, work through traumas, develop greater self-understanding, learn to feel your experience and embody your emotions, come to accept yourself, solve or transcend your problems, and find meaning in your challenges. I see therapy as a collaborative process, in which we encounter each other with genuine openness and the shared desire to help you heal, expand and thrive. A process to be approached with compassion, curiosity, sensitivity, creativity, presence, and humor.
My primary role as your counsellor is to create a growth facilitating environment to process your past, tackle present challenges and tap into your potential for maturation and personal growth. I aim to help cultivate your ability to live authentically, establish meaningful relationships and pursue your life goals. Together we develop a personalized therapy attuned to your specific needs and struggles by integrating various therapeutic schools, mindfulness approaches and embodiment practices, in a body-oriented talk therapy. We can work on a wide range of topics, symptoms, challenges and dreams to enable you to live with a greater sense of well being and towards a richer, more fulfilling life.
Among other modalities, I work with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing and EMDR. And continue to expand my practice with what I learn from books, supervision, training, and personal experience.
Practicalities:
- 50-minute online or in-person sessions
- Session frequency can be adjusted to your needs and desires

Testimonials:
"Working with Cas has been a truly transformative experience. Over the years, I’ve felt not only supported but also as though we were growing together in the process. His guidance and counselling have helped me make meaningful strides in both small, everyday ways and in the bigger picture of my mental wellbeing and self-understanding. I couldn’t be more grateful for the positive impact he has had on my life. I’ve recommended Cas to all of my friends, many of whom have also found great benefit in his support." - Maxi
"Every session with Cas feels like stepping into a safe place. He always shows up with such warmth and gentleness that I can trust the process completely. Together, we’ve gone into memories that once felt unbearable, and he has gently disarmed them and helped me release their hold and finally accept what has happened to me. Because of the caring, steady and consistent way he shows up I’ve been able to experience, maybe for the first time ever, what a safe and healthy relationship actually feels like. That has changed me in ways I didn’t think were possible and made every step that I now take more secure. Life doesn’t feel like walking on eggshells that are about to crumble anymore and if it does, I know I have a place to fall back on." - K.
"I have been working with Cas for over 4 years and it has been a deeply enriching and healing experience. Being met with genuine compassion and non-judgemental curiosity from him has allowed me to become more accepting of myself.
He often brings his experience with IFS and various other modalities to the sessions which has helped me become more aware of different parts within me. At the same time, his approach has always been very organic and tailored to what I needed at any given moment.
At various moments when I felt like giving up on myself, he has never given up and has been relentless in his pursuit of helping me. And I feel genuinely grateful for his presence in my life." - R
"I started therapy with Cas about a year ago, at the time I was feeling very stressed and anxious among other issues and just wanted to feel better. From the very beginning, Cas made me feel comfortable and safe. He creates such a warm, non-judgmental space where it feels easy to open up and share honestly (something I’ve always struggled with in the past). I’ve been able to talk about things I never thought I could say out loud, and I trust him completely.
Throughout these sessions, I’ve learned so much about myself (my feelings & thoughts) and how to face them instead of avoiding them. I used to have panic attacks but with his help, I found ways to manage them and not let them control me. He’s given me practical tools and new perspectives that I can use in my daily life, and they’ve made such a big difference.
What I appreciate most is that Cas doesn’t just help me “fix” things—he’s helped me get to know myself better and accept who I am. I now feel more open, more aware of my emotions, and more capable of living with them in a healthy way.
Cas is by far the best therapist I’ve worked with, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything he’s done for me. If you’re looking for someone who is kind, supportive, and truly dedicated to helping you grow, I couldn’t recommend him more." - P.
