As a psychologist, I offer an individualized approach to therapy and coaching, where I work together with you to understand your unique needs, goals, and challenges. Drawing from a diverse toolkit of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Nature therapy, I tailor our sessions to suit your specific preferences and needs. Everyone is unique, so I like to look beyond standardized protocols and the 'labels'.
Examples of topics I work with:
- Dealing with difficult emotions/negative thoughts
- Breaking unhealthy habits, such as addictive behaviors
- Finding meaning & purpose in different phases of life
- (Social) anxiety and fear
- Burn-out/difficulties setting boundaries
- Integrating mindfulness and connection to nature into your daily life
In my sessions, I like to build on the strengths and resilience you already have and see how we can move towards positive change. With a calm and kind approach, I create a safe space for you to open up about whatever is going on in your life at the moment. I value a strong relationship with my clients where you feel genuinely heard, respected, and valued. While change is a gradual process, I also like to bring a structured approach to our sessions, ensuring that we align with your goals and regularly assess our progress together.
