Life can sometimes feel like an uphill battle, forcing you to make decisions that are difficult to make. In my work as a psychologist, I strongly empathize with that. During the session , it's important to me to create a space where you feel safe to express your thoughts and feelings. My approach is based on working together with you, using the resources already available to you and providing you with more tools to build a sort of 'toolbox' that you can use outside of our sessions.
As a neuropsychologist, I study how the brain works in interaction with our thoughts, feelings, and environment. Understanding how this works is often the first crucial step in learning how to deal with struggles arising from this interaction.
In promoting wellbeing, I use elements of Acceptance & Committment therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and schema therapy.
I only offer online sessions.
