My approach is empathetic, encouraging client-centred and inspired by principles of cognitive behavioural therapy, as well as meditation and mindfulness. The main focus of my work is to create a non-judgmental space for more self-understanding and exploration. I believe by developing solution-focused skills and helpful resource activation in dealing with stress, we can find a way for you to achieve better self-understanding and peace of mind. In other words, together we work on hands-on examples and central problems and develop skills and better perspectives which you can later transfer to your daily life. Examples of issues you might struggle with could be stress, work-life balance, anxiety, depression, burnout, procrastination etc.
My help is especially directed at people who perceive the threshold for therapy as too high or are on a waiting list condition. You can also contact me when you have the curiosity to work on yourself, get to know yourself better and find better-coping strategies or just want to explore the effects counseling can have. The first session is only half the price so we can find some space to see if we connect. I look forward to working with you.
Disclaimer: I am not a licensed psychotherapist yet. If you are in an acute crisis, or if you consider your own or someone else’s life in danger, I strongly encourage you to contact someone more experienced and trained who can offer you the intensive support and care you may need.
