My initial introduction to coaching came through a western approach which traditionally follows an individualistic lens toward reflecting on present and past factors contributing to your wellbeing. As my awareness and intuition evolved, I began to understand the only way through healing is within community and by analysing societal factors which shape us and largely impact our emotional security. 💡
Despite the prevalent 'individualism' in Western societies, our lives are anything but isolated, and we remain integral components of the broader social fabric. Acknowledging this, I integrate Alfred Adler's encompassing psychological approach into our sessions. This approach highlights the influence of various social dynamics—such as love, family, friendship, work, and society—on the composition of our lives. By importing these insights into our discussions, we gain a better understanding of the interplay between individual experiences and the broader societal context, fostering a more holistic approach to personal development. ✨
With a strong foundation in the social sciences' main branches, I feel confident to help you interconnect the pieces of these social systems that shape our human experiences. My objective, in our sessions, is to provide a guidance through these dimensions within the narrative of your own life—whether it involves navigating the complexities of our social circles or manoeuvring through the currents of a global world where we have to wear multiple identities.
I'll be happy to support you with some common themes as follows:
✔️ Personal development and self realisation
✔️ Strengthening relationships in key social dynamics
✔️ Improving self-awareness and removing self-limiting beliefs
✔️ Navigating the process of building a life and career in a new country as an immigrant and POC
✔️ Stronger soft skills (i.e. communication, empathy, conflict resolution, decision making...)
✔️ Career coaching
✔️ Leadership coaching
