My approach combines Gabor Maté's trauma-focused and somatically-rooted Compassionate Inquiry, with ontological life coaching, Nondual Tantra-based yoga, movement, and meditation, and infused with endless learnings and inspiration from the great teacher that is mother nature.
My deep dive into the psychedelic space began in 2012, when a friend suggested we volunteer for a psychedelics conference in New York, called Horizons. In the years that followed, I explored in all the ways I could -- through conferences, talks, salons, harm reduction volunteering, research reviews, consultation groups, trainings, travels, gatherings with and learnings from nature-based indigenous cultures and practices. For over a decade, I have been gathering tools from all these experiences and teaching containers, which I draw upon to inform the support I offer.
I work with clients in preparing for psychedelic experiences and clarifying intentions prior, in drawing deeper understanding and insights from their experiences (not only with psychedelic medicines), in healing from possible traumas resurfaced, in inquiring into and shifting patterns and limiting beliefs, in apply learnings and insights from psychedelic experiences into daily life and shifts, in harm reduction and accountability, and ultimately, in coming more into their authenticity, and living and expressing from here.
Sessions may include meditations and grounding exercises, accompanied exploration and guidance through coaching conversations, as applicable, trauma-focused Compassionate Inquiry, yoga asana and pranayama, and support in the development of relevant rituals, practices, and accountability structures.
