I've always been curious about how we percieve the world does actually shape our experience of it. And in finding my own clarity as a way of supporting others. This has led me from studying visual arts over meditation and mindfulness to becoming a counsellor and therapist.
I have been working as a counsellor for almost a decade, supporting people and families in difficult circumstances, children with disabilities, gifted, neurodivergent or neurocomplex children and young adults with Autism / ADHD.
Since 2020 I work as a systemic counsellor and coach, supporting clients in developing their own ways. I have completed the training as a systemic counsellor and am currently deepening my understanding of a variety of very valuable methods like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Schema-Therapy and Emotion-Focused therapy for individuals and couples. In my practice I use all of the above depending on what is best suited for your situation.
Also I have been practicing mindfulness and meditation for over ten years and find it to be a key to understanding myself and others and to actually being present with my clients.
