Graduated in 2023 with a Master’s degree in Psychology at one of the world’s foremost medical universities “Karolinska Institute” in Stockholm, Sweden. Experience with counselling, psychiatric evaluation and cognitive behaviour therapy in both a theoretical setting and in practical work.
I am personally interested in healthy and sustainable behaviours in an increasingly unsustainable world!

Do you feel like you want to talk to someone to make life a bit easier, or do you want to promote your mental health and want to talk to an english speaking counsellor? I am here for you. My passion is to help and support people in times of need, in all walks of life.
Our sessions are focused on both behavioural and cognitive change. We focus on your mindset and thoughts to better understand you as an individual. Together we promote change in your life by re-thinking and changing behaviours and ideas to better fit in with your long-term goals.
Examples of what is covered in our session:
- Interview and discussion about counselling area.
- Guidance with general goals/values as well as specific goals.
- Thought and behavioural experiments.
- Maintaining and evaluate active changes in daily life.
