I’m integrative therapist, blending together a number of psychotherapeutic models in my work - meaning I adapt my practice to your needs.
I work in an open ended way, so this means we finish working together when you feel ready. Generally, I offer weekly appointments at the same time each week, however I’m able to clients more frequently if they want.
I specialize in helping people navigate challenges such as addiction, trauma, and depression. I also have experience supporting clients with anxiety, relationship difficulties, and work-related stress, among other concerns.
That said, I see you as a whole person rather than just focusing on a specific issue. Often, these challenges are interconnected, and therapy is about exploring and understanding how the different parts of your life influence one another.
I believe the therapeutic relationship is at the heart of effective therapy. Feeling comfortable and safe with your therapist is key to being open and getting the most out of the process.
