I hold a diploma in Counselling with a Pluralistic Integrative approach, which has equipped me with tools from a variety of theories and approaches, allowing me to adapt my counselling style according to the needs of my clients.
Additionally, I have a diploma in Art Counselling and experience as a vocal coach and singing teacher, and throughout my life, I’ve studied a range of artistic disciplines, all of which have contributed to a diverse set of tools that I can tailor to the specific needs of my clients, taking into account their goals, needs, personality, and individual circumstances.
Among the artistic tools I may use are visual arts, creative writing, collage, drawing, singing, movement and acting.
I specialise in relationships and personal change. I work with people to help them rediscover their authenticity, so they can navigate life’s challenges—whether that’s major transitions or relationship difficulties—with greater clarity and awareness.
In doing so, I have a holistic approach, considering all aspects of a person— body, mind, emotions, creativity, and relationships.
In my work, I can help you take practical steps towards a life in which you can live with freedom, authenticity and harmony. I’ll support you in developing the tools and resources you need to experience deeper fulfilment—whether that’s in your relationships, your career, or your free time.
I believe that everyone has a unique potential within them, as well as the strength to create a life that feels meaningful and aligned with their needs, emotions, and natural inclinations. My role is to guide and support you on this journey of discovery and transformation, in a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental space.
If you feel that now is the time to take care of yourself and embark on a journey of growth, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
