There could be apprehension or fear while talking about yourself to someone. I’m supporting you in your journey with empathy, confidentiality, and authenticity.
Typically, we explore your concerns in the first session, form goals for therapy by 2nd session. The initial sessions are explorative where we see your patterns, emotions, behaviour and delve into childhood to whatever extent needed.
Gradually through mind-body work, mindfulness and CBT, we explore healthy ways of coping and restructuring our patterns. Throughout the journey, art modalities of painting, dancing, writing, singing, etc can be incorporated based on your preference.
There can be homework in between the session for you to explore your thoughts and emotions incorporate skills learnt in therapy.
Therapy with me may not be a quick fix and it’s a journey for achieving our mind-body potential.
I empower people to be their best selves.
