I believe in dialogue and contact. The genuine meeting between two people is the basis for the therapy. The focus of the therapy is on the unconscious processes that influence the contact with the environment. By becoming aware of the basis for our actions, the opportunity opens up to try new ways. When you develop a healthy relationship with yourself, the ability to be in contact with the environment and to interact more constructively with it increases.
The method always needs to be adapted to each clients individual needs. But in general terms, I prefer to work with exploratory conversations free associations, fantasy, awareness and mindfulness exercises, body awareness and guided meditations.
