Über mich
I'm a trained and licensed psychotherapist.
I also provide coaching sessions with individually tailored approaches, especially for students and yound adults.
Although I was born and raised in Paris, I very often had the occasion to deal with expats and I have a good understanding of their everyday struggles. I like conversations in English, German and Italian.
I experienced the challenge of being an expat myself.
My previous study and professional background enabled me to build up a broad understanding of all kinds of professional & life situations. This enriches the guidance I provide.
I have studied Philosophy, German Studies, Management and Political sciences before undertaking my training in Psychoanalytical psychotherapy.
I also worked in the field of corporate communications and project management prior to being a therapist.
I can help you cope with a variety of problems and questions which can be a burden every day. This is not a fatality. Together we can find new ways for you to live your life with more serenity and well-being.
Mein Ansatz
I believe that impressive results can be reached when we can have together what I like to call "therapeutical conversations".
I have been trained in Psychoanalytical psychotherapy but my approach is psychodynamic and very interactive.
I also may use tools like role games and perspectives from the systemic therapy.

Since 2017 : Psychotherapist in a private practice in Paris.
Since 2021 :
- Psychotherapist for the French National Platform for Youth Mental Health ("Fil Santé Jeunes"). Free and anonymous countrywide hotline service for the 12-25 years old population funded by the French State. Remote support and help through internet chats and phone calls. Suicide prevention.
2020-2021 - Workshops of Psychodrama therapy with adolescents among a team of psychiatrists and psychologists in the Hospital of Ville d'Avray, Paris region
2020 - Initiative of virtual support for vulnerable young adults during the lockdown.
2018-2019 - Work with a child psychiatrist with children with neurodevelopmental disorders (autism, syndroms) in a mental healthcare center for children depending on a Parisian hospital.
2017-2019 - Clinical internships in various healthcare institutions in the Paris area (Medical centers, Hospital) with pluridisciplinary teams.
