I was born and raised in Athens, where I completed my studies in Psychology. In 2022, I moved to the Netherlands to further specialize in Clinical Psychology. Through my education, I gained expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Couples Therapy and Sexuality. At the same time, I am training in the Systemic Psychotherapy Model, while also volunteering at the Helpline of the European Network of Women- Greece
As a young professional living abroad for over a year, I’ve developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced by expat communities. Over the past year, I’ve been working therapeutically, offering online sessions to Greek and English-speaking clients. My approach emphasizes creating an open, equal therapeutic relationship where clients feel free to express any thought, emotion, or concern. My experience includes managing various personal and interpersonal challenges, such as anxiety, depression, abuse, domestic violence, panic attacks, and significant life transitions such as immigration.
