I am a Gestalt and Integrative Psicotherapist based in Terrassa, a small town close to Barcelona. I am currently working mostly online to be able to be closer to my family as our child experiences the first years of life. Prior to this, I had been working for 12 years as a therapist in different Foundations offering individual and couples therapy for adults and musictherapy for children with disabilities. As a Gestalt therapist you must receive tons of hours of therapy, so in my own experience therapy has always been helpful, a support through difficult times and a place to celebrate every accomplishment in the healing process.
